es un loop
una frase que sugiere un loop
qué loop?
un pequeño loop
- "ama tu amor: acción de amar tu amor con tu amor" -
pero uno particular
es como una reacción en cadena
la particularidad que encuentro
y que trata de animar y transmitir
es que en amar tu amor
tu amor sea hace más grande
a medida que lo amás
con tu amor
tu amor crece
y entonces
podés amarlo aún más
lo imagino como una espiral que asciende
y a medida que lo hace, se expande
en lugar de un círculo
es una pequeña práctica
tenés que intentarla
para sentirla
para experimentarlo
es muy sencillo
pero para mí puede mostrarte a donde apunta esta colección de canciones
amando cada pequeño momento de amor que sentís
estás, en primer lugar
descubriendo el amor
reconociéndolo
y aprendiendo a sentirlo plenamente
sin interrupciones
porque el Amor, como la Vida
son continuos
algo no tan facil de ver en este mundo
que ha sido taladrado con pensamiento lógico desde que tenemos memoria
y aceptar intelectualmente
que el intelecto no es más que una colección de pensamientos
liderados por nociones de discontinuidad
-conformando la mayoría de los sistemas del mundo actual-
de amor u odio
de 0s o 1s
de feliz o triste
de ser o no ser
en otras palabras, dualidades
dos opciones
y me alegra decirte
que esas cosas realmente no existen
ninguna de las dos opciones
son sólo nociones que superponemos
en el lienzo de la vida
sirviendo alguna razón
quizás
quizás una buena,
quizás una no tan buena
quizás nadie recuerda qué o por qué
por cualquier razón
el problema es que durante mucho tiempo hemos olvidado
cualquier razón razonable
y estamos sufriendo las consecuencias de dichas causas
olvidando que no sólo venimos del Amor
sino que somos una parte del Amor nosotros mismos
y cuando encontramos que una idea, una situación,
o una parte del pensamiento establecido culturalmente,
no sólo no es necesaria
sino que nos está lastimando
como especies, como planeta, como comunidades, como seres vivos
y descubrimos
que son opcionales
y que podemos ver
y despertar a lo que no veíamos
depende de nosotros lo que hagamos a continuación
podemos empezar a arreglar y mejorar las cosas
que pensamos que eran así, o que estaban rotas
empezás a sentir la vida dentro tuyo
y a tu alrededor
y al sentirla empezás a encontrar como el Amor es cada segundo,
cada respiración, todo
y empezás a curarte
cuando podés aceptar que estás con vida
y que ahora depende de vos
qué hacer
a medida que surge
amá tu amor

is a loop
a phrase that suggests a loop
what loop?
a little loop
- “love your love: the action of loving your love with your love" -
but a particular one
it is like a chain reaction
the particularity that I find
and that it tries to encourage and convey
is that in loving your love
love gets bigger
as you love it
with your love
your loving grows
when you love it
and therefore
you can love it even more
i imagine it like an ever expanding upward spiral,
instead of a circle
it is a little practice
you have to try it
to feel it
to experience it
it's very simple
but to me it can show you what this collection of songs are pointing to
in loving each little moment of love you feel
you are, firstly
discovering love
acknowledging it
learning to feel it fully
without interruptions
because Love, like Life
are continuous
something not so easy to see in this world
that has been taladrated with logical thinking for as long as we can remember
and to intellectually accept
that the intellect is just a collection of thought streams
lead by notions of discontinuity
-making up most systems of the current world-
of love or hate
of 0s or 1s
of happy or sad
of being or not being
in other words, dualities
two options
and i'm glad to tell you
those things do not really exist
neither two options
they are just notions we superimpose
on the canvas of Life
serving some reason
maybe
maybe a good one,
maybe a not so good one
maybe nobody remembers what or why
for whatever reason
the problem is that we have long forgotten any reasonable reason
and we are all suffering the consequences of those causes,
forgetting that we not only come from Love
but we are a piece of Love ourselves
and when we find that an idea, a situation, or a piece of established cultural thinking
is not only not necessary
but also hurting ourselves
as species, as a planet, as a communities, as living beings
and we discover
that they are optional
and that we can see
and begin to awaken to what we didn’t
it is up to us what we do next
we can start to fix and improve things
that we thought were just like that, or broken
you begin to feel Life inside you
and all around you
and in feeling it you begin to find how Love is every second, and every breath and everything
and you begin to heal
when you can accept that you are alive
and that now it’s up to you
what to do
as it arises
